Hiatus FAQ

What is CBD?

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It's one of the hundreds of naturally occurring compounds knows as cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant.

Will the Hiatus CBD pens make me 'high'?

Hiatus Pens will not make you feel high. These formulations are made from pure CBD isolate which means that all other cannabinoids, including THC which is known for its psychoactive effects, have been removed.

Is CBD legal in the UK?

Yes, all CBD products are legal in the UK, so long as the THC content in each product is less than 1mg.

What are terpenes?

Terpenes are the aromatic compounds naturally found in many types of plants that give fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs their signature scents. Cannabis plants have high concentrations of unique terpenes that give each strain it's sweet, fruity, citrusy, piney or skunky smell and flavour. Learn more about terpenes in cannabis here.

How should I store my Hiatus Pen?

Your Hiatus is happiest when stored in a cool dry location out of direct heat and sunlight. It is best consumed within 60 days.

How long will my Hiatus vape pen last?

This may vary depending on the individual, but on average it will last you 100-150 pulls.

Is there any maintenance required?

Not really. Keep your Hiatus Pen safe and dry and you'll be fine.

How do I know when I've taken a puff?

When you begin to inhale and draw from the pen, you'll notice a solid light turn on at the end of the pen. That means it's working! When you exhale you'll expel vapor. If you notice the light start to flash, that means the temperature got too hot. If you're new to vapes, try a small draw and increase each time until you find your sweet spot.

Why am I not getting any vapor?

If it's the first draw, give it another shot. Sometimes it takes a pull or two to get things flowing. Depending on how light a draw you take, we recommend increasing the length of the draw, not the intensity.

I think I have a defective pen, what do I do?
